Water:
Water is a very receptive medium. Dr. Masaru Emoto's work with "Messages of Water" demonstrates how Water response to our INTENTIONS. One can purchase 'Mineral Water' that has Minerals dissolved in the Water. One can also purchase 'Distilled Water' that is fairly pure Water without Minerals.

Gem Elixirs allows us to merge the Energy of the Crystal or Stone with our own Energy directly. When we take a few drops of the Elixir, the heat of our Body releases the Energy from the Water and is absorbed by our own Chi.

Methods of using Gem Elixirs:
Gem Elixirs are concentrated with the Energy of the Crystal or Stone and just a few drops are adequate. One can place a few drops under one's tongue or placed in one's drinking water or juice. As a guideline one can take 2 or 3 dosages per day, however, it is very much up to the individual and I would suggest following one's Intuition.
Note:
As it is our Body's heat (98F) that releases the Energy from the Water, if one puts a few drops in hot beverage some of the Energy will be released into the environment. If one is using tea or coffee I would add a few extra drops to accommodate any loss into the environment.
